Shipping & Returns

We do our best to insure that all our products are in good condition at the time of shipping. However, we realize that merchandise can be easily damaged in transport. We personally package and inspect all orders we ship to insure you receive quality merchandise. Therefore, we offer the following return policy on damaged / defective items:

If you receive an incorrect item we will gladly exchange it for the correct one. All orders are insured through UPS, if you receive damaged goods, please go to www.ups.com for claims information.

Make sure you have the items in the original packing materials so UPS can inspect it. UPS will not approve a claim without this.
